Sammy was born, raised, and works in the San Fernando Valley. He has been heavily influenced by the culture, images, colours, vibrancy and attitude of Southern California. Through the use of collage, painting, sculpture, illustration, animation and clothing he tries to examine the values of current culture and to highlight the joy in the search for meaning in everyday life / things.
