The 34 SL brings never-before-seen XC capability into a full-width 34 chassis delivering up to 130mm of travel in a package built for modern cross-country and demanding Downcountry riding. Designed to handle the most technical World Cup XC courses it combines increased stiffness and enhanced suppleness with only a minimal weight increase over the 34 Step-Cast.
Built around the SL chassis this fork strikes a balance between precision handling and lightweight efficiency. The added stiffness inspires confidence on aggressive lines while the refined suspension feel keeps traction high across rough fast-moving terrain. It's engineered for riders who want more capability without compromising climbing performance.
At its core is the Trail-optimized GRIP X damper updated to closely match the ride feel of GRIP X2 while maintaining class-leading performance per gram. The result is smooth controlled damping with excellent responsiveness giving riders the confidence to push harder on technical descents and maintain speed through demanding sections.
