What the stock status means
- In stock On the shelf in our own warehouse. Order before 2pm and it is despatched the same working day; bikes we build are built, safety-checked and despatched in 2-3 working days.
- In stock with our supplier Not on our shelves, but our supplier has it or it is already on its way to us. We bring it in as soon as you order, and the despatch estimate shown allows for that.
- Out of stock Neither we nor our supplier has it right now. Where a date is shown, more is on order and you can order now to secure one from that delivery.
- Stock to be confirmed Not on our shelves, and our supplier does not send us stock figures for it, so we cannot say how soon we could get one. Use "Check availability" and we will ask them and email you back.

About Tern
Tern specialise in folding bikes and folding electric bikes. Their prime motive other than to provide you with an efficient and user-friendly cycling experience is to help preserve the environment. You will find many well-considered features on all of their models and they are an absolute pleasure to ride.
Details
The Sidekick Handle offers your rear passenger a secure grip during the ride, whether you are going over speed bumps, potholes, or making sharp turns. Easy to attach and remove, the Sidekick Handle mounts to the rear rack instead of the seatpost—so it can be used even if your saddle is always all the way down.
Features
- Gives the rear passenger a firm grab handle to hold on to, so they feel safer when riding around town
- Quick and easy to attach to the rear rack with self-fastening straps
- No minimum saddle height—great for shorter riders!
- Use it to lift the bike over a small obstacle, such as a doorstep
- Narrow and compact design makes it easier to walk with your bike
- Bar tape included for more comfort and even better grip
- Not to be used with suspension seatposts
